Job description

Manage and deploy cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and Ansible.
Automate deployment processes with Bash, Python, and Go.
Administer Linux systems.
Work with big data technologies including Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Hive, Trino, and PrestoDB.
Apply DevOps and Agile methodologies, and contribute to continuous integration.
Provide technical team leadership and engage in software development., * Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS, especially EKS.
Support development and deployment of non-cloud (Edge) infrastructure of on-premise and portable equipment.
Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services.
Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate their applications into the infrastructure.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues as necessary.
Continuously improve processes and tools to ensure high availability and performance.
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends, continuously exploring new ways to improve our infrastructure.
Seamlessly transition between hands-on execution and team guidance, treating mentorship and team leadership as inherent components of senior-level impact.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 3 years relevant experience with a Master’s degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
