Job description

Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS, managing Kubernetes containers and automating deployment processes with Terraform and Ansible.
Administer Linux systems and script in Bash, Python, and Go.
Implement CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
Work with big data technologies including Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Trino, and Presto.
Provide technical leadership., * Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS (EKS) and non-cloud (Edge) environments.
Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services.
Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Collaborate with development teams for application integration.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production systems.
Continuously improve processes, tools, and stay current with new technologies.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and team guidance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Software Development with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or 3 years with a Master’s; or 9 years with a High School Diploma/equivalent., * Utilize strong knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS services (EKS, EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda).
Apply proficiency in configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Develop in Python, Bash, or Go, and use tools like Git and Flux.
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Work within AGILE software development methodologies.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Trino, Presto) is a plus.
Must possess a current TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
