Scrum Master

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background (e.g., has previously been a technical manager or engineer), is self-directed, excels at coordinating meetings, creating comprehensive and accurate meeting notes, and distributing detailed summaries to stakeholders in a timely manner. Has the experience and flexibility to work in a hybrid agile environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate is proactive in communication, demonstrates strong follow-up skills, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward while keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.

• Healthcare payer insurance experience
• Solid Scrum knowledge and ability to run ceremonies effectively
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to run ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve delivery using metrics
• Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and basic metrics
• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• Experience with the Pega Platform
• Experience with appeals & grievances
• Experience with authorization
• Experience in a SaaS or technology product company
• Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams

Required Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, business, or related field

CSM/PSM (or equivalent) preferred Advanced certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus
