• 8+ years in Agile project management in a well-established, high-performing Agile software development environment while leading two (2) or more teams at a time.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes, and strategies.
• Strong background as an agile scrum master with extensive experience in building software solutions using current agile practices.
• Responsible for preparing project plans and ensure projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget and removing impediments to the team’s delivery on sprint commitments and overall performance.
• Have strong communication & Analytical skills who can articulate very well with business and cross functional teams.
• Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
