Job description

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead enterprise technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Application Services, Data & Analytics, and DevOps. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver strategic projects that improve operational efficiency, enhance healthcare technology platforms, and support organizational growth. This role is ideal for a project management professional who excels in Agile environments and enjoys driving complex technology initiatives from planning through implementation., * Lead end-to-end project management for IT, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, and DevOps initiatives

  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and rollout of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and third-party technology integrations
  • Coordinate technical integration projects, including HL7/FHIR interfaces and healthcare data exchanges
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation using Agile methodologies
  • Maintain and manage Jira boards, epics, user stories, sprint plans, and project backlogs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities
  • Oversee a portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives from planning through execution
  • Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver analytics solutions
  • Monitor project performance, milestones, and key success metrics
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and deployment activities
  • Coordinate environment readiness, change management activities, and production releases
  • Foster collaboration across development, QA, infrastructure, operations, and business teams
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT leadership and business stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables and project plans
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive-level communications
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Community Medical Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and collaborative IT Project Manager to join our Technology team., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required

  • 4+ years of IT Project Management experience required
  • Strong experience managing projects using Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and Agile project tracking tools
  • Experience managing Data & Analytics initiatives and cross-functional technology projects
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation skills with experience providing updates to senior leadership
  • Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, cloud platforms, or data technologies
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications
