Job description

The People & Culture Data Specialist will provide operational and analytical support to the P&C Data & Insights team across ongoing initiatives that require complex People Data Management, including HRIS implementation, compensation review processes, and People Data reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoingHRIS Data Migration & Implementation in all relevant phases:
  • Support data collection activities
  • Perform data cleansing and quality/completeness reviews
  • Consolidate the collected data for templates’ preparation
  • Conduct data reconciliations
  • Provide ad- hoc support, including hyper- care period
  • Support the planning and execution of annual Global Compensation Review Processes, including:
  • Preparing manager review files
  • Consolidating recommendations and performing analysis to support approvals
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Support in developing recurrent and ad- hoc reports and dashboards containing people data

Requirements

Language Skills - proficient in English

  • 3 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRIS or People Data roles. Preferably experience doing system implementations and/or Compensation processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power BI
  • Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
