Full Stack Engineer

• Build and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop modern, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with React and Vite.
• Work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Owners to transform business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and key technology decisions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance through engineering best practices.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of a product used by global sales teams.
• Take an active role in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Approximately 4-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Hands-on experience developing with Python, FastAPI, and React + Vite.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs.
• Solid understanding of modern application architectures and software engineering best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• English level B2 minimum, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and collaborate with global teams.
• Ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Databricks or similar Data & AI platforms will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Experience building cloud-native applications would be considered an advantage.
• Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering business value.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and tackle open-ended challenges.
• High level of ownership, autonomy, and execution capability.
• Excellent collaboration skills across both technical and business stakeholders.
