Job description

We are Sanzar Group, a technology company based in Madrid that develops advanced solutions in autonomous systems, space technology, remote sensing, and precision agriculture.We combine artificial intelligence, satellite data, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to create products with real impact in sectors such as space, agri-food, security, and healthcare.We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team and develop predictive models applied to different sectors, using sensor data, orbital data, satellite imagery, geospatial data, information from IoT field sensors, and other data sources.Responsibilities:Design, train, and validate machine learning models for risk prediction (such as landslides, fires, water stress, or other territory-related events), sensor fusion, and positioning.Develop and optimize computer vision pipelines applied to satellite imagery and other geospatial data.Integrate heterogeneous data (IoT sensors, climate data, topography, etc.) into a unified analysis platform.Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy models in production environments (cloud / edge).Requirements:Proven experience in machine learning and predictive modeling.Experience in computer vision, ideally with satellite imagery or GIS data.Strong proficiency in Python and AI libraries/frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar).Experience working with large datasets and designing data pipelines.Nice to have:Previous experience with IoT systems (sensor data acquisition, device integration, protocols).Knowledge of geospatial data tools (GDAL, rasterio, Google Earth Engine, or others).Experience deploying models in the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps.What we offer:Permanent contract from day one.The opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team combining space, satellites, applied AI, and IoT solutions across different sectors, with a strong focus on Space, AgriTech, and environment.Participation in innovative projects with real impact on the digitalization and sustainability of the space, agricultural, and other sectors.A flexible environment focused on innovation and product development.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
