Job description

At ACE Thermal Systems, we design, engineer, manufacture, and support high-performance environmental control systems (ECS) and components for extreme temperature and operating conditions and reliable everyday use.

We are committed to fostering a dynamic, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and innovation., The Configuration Management Specialist you’ll be responsible for configuration management activities across engineering programs. From reviewing every engineering drawing, loading changes into eh change control board, and routing for appropriate approvals.   • Support implementation of configuration management processes for engineering change requests and documentation updates.
  • Review and prepare engineering change requests to ensure completeness and adherence to CM procedures.
  • Maintain configuration libraries including source code, engineering documentation, and change request records.
  • Assist in establishing configuration baselines for engineering projects and product documentation.
  • Support development and maintenance of configuration status accounting reports.
  • Ensure documentation and configuration records remain accurate and properly controlled.
  • Participate in audits and reviews to verify compliance with configuration management standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business,. or related field is highly preferred.
  • 0-2 years of configuration management or engineering support experience is highly preferred.
  • Beginning knowledge of configuration management practices and ITIL frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite required. Former use of Microsoft Visual is a plus.
  • Ability to be on-site in Seminole, OK 5 days a week, during typical business hours is required.
