Experteer Overview In this role you support pre- and post-launch optimization and alarm management for UMTS/LTE RF networks. You are a key member of the Network Support Team, enabling rapid site deployments and maintaining live network integrity. You troubleshoot hardware/software issues on BBU, RRU, and RET, and address transmission and fiber problems to minimize customer impact. You also build scripts to streamline site changes for construction crews, supporting efficient rollouts and KPI targets. This hybrid, in-office position offers hands-on impact in a growing telecom environment. Compensation / Benefits * Support pre- and post-launch optimization and alarm management for UMTS/LTE RF networks * Assist Construction and alarm-clearing crews to minimize LIVE network impact during site additions * Identify, track and resolve hardware/software issues on BBU, RRU and RET to enable site deployments * Diagnose transmission issues (RSSI, VSWR, SWAP sectors, incorrect azimuths) and fiber link problems (high BER, high fiber loss, SFP mismatch) * Create and implement scripts to account for hardware changes on site (e.g., radio type changes, RET reconfig, SQUID additions) * Support multi-market deployment efforts using Nokia and Ericsson tools to improve coverage and rollout efficiency Tasks * Clearing alarms and providing technical support for UMTS/WCDMA and LTE/5G RAN technologies * Experience with Ericsson ENM, AMOS, RMAP, CEX, Element Manager, Business Objects * Experience with Ericsson hardware (RUs, RRUs; RBS3000/6000) * Experience with Nokia Airscale base stations and related RAN equipment * Experience with Nokia NetAct, Site Manager, OSS platforms for network integration and alarm verification * Knowledge of multi-market deployment and LTE/5G optimization * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or related field (foreign equivalents accepted) plus five years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with three years of relevant experience Key requirements * Weekly Paychecks * Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays * Insurance (medical, prescription, dental, vision, disability, life) * 401(k) w/ Company Match * Stock Purchase Plan * Education Reimbursement
