Experteer Overview In this role, you will build high-quality, responsive frontend interfaces using React within an Agile team. You’ll collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver dynamic user experiences and ensure performance and maintainability. You’ll engage in code reviews, testing, and modernization efforts to keep our frontend cutting-edge. You’ll guide frontend decisions and help raise code quality across projects, contributing to scalable, robust digital products. This is a hands-on position with a clear impact on product performance and developer excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to build dynamic UIs * Write clean, maintainable, high-performance frontend code * Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging * Stay updated with frontend trends and best practices * Apply Test Driven Development and shift-left testing principles * Mid-Level responsibilities: develop/maintain responsive React web apps; integrate with backend services via REST APIs; ensure cross-browser compatibility * Senior-Level responsibilities: lead frontend development with React, set architectural direction, mentor peers, drive adoption of new technologies Tasks * 3-4 years of hands-on React frontend development (Mid-Level) * 5 years of overall frontend experience with expert React proficiency (Senior) * Strong React expertise including advanced patterns and performance optimization * Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil) * Deep CSS knowledge including SASSSCSS, CSS-in-JS, responsive design * Experience with Node.js, npm, and modern bundlers (Webpack, Vite) * Experience with frontend testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright) * Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows * Familiarity with Micro Frontends and Nx monorepos * CI/CD pipeline understanding and Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes experience * REST and GraphQL API integration Key requirements *
