Precision Machining Process Engineer

You will align teams, tune machines, and turn performance data into better outcomes-while guiding newer teammates to grow their skills. Role focus

• Program: Design, validate, and optimize CNC programs for multiple machining operations.
• Run: Set up fixtures and tooling, establish offsets, and operate CNC equipment to confirm process capability.
• Improve: Review production data to reduce cycle time, boost quality, and enhance consistency.
• Maintain: Perform regular maintenance and calibration to preserve machine accuracy.
• Protect: Champion safety practices and strict quality control.
• Develop: Provide training and day-to-day support to junior team members in programming and operations.
• Collaborate: Work with production to investigate and resolve machining challenges quickly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated CNC programming and machining experience.
• Fluency with CAD/CAM software and understanding of CNC machine functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Team-oriented collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of machining safety standards and best practices.
