Job description

  • Manage Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Implement infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and ensure service monitoring, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop and deploy cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot production systems.
  • Utilize DevOps, Kubernetes, container orchestration, configuration management, CI/CD, automation, AWS, Linux system administration, Bash, Python, and Go.
  • Apply Git and Agile methodologies.
  • Work with big data technologies including Hadoop, Accumulo, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Trino, Presto, Spark, and Hive.
  • Provide technical team leadership., * Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS (EKS) and non-cloud (Edge) infrastructure.
  • Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services.
  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Collaborate with development teams for application integration.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production systems.
  • Continuously improve processes and tools for high availability and performance.
  • Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide mentorship and technical team leadership.
  • Required skills: DevOps, Kubernetes, container orchestration, AWS (EKS, EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda), Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, Go, Git, Flux, Linux system administration, Agile methodologies.
  • Preferred experience with big data technologies: Hadoop, Accumulo, Ceph, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Hive, Drill, Impala, Trino, Presto.
  • Must hold a current TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
