Job description

DevOps Engineer position focused on implementing and automating cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
Manage Kubernetes containers and AWS cloud infrastructure.
Develop with Python, Bash, and Go.
Utilize Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot production systems.
Apply Agile methodologies.
Requires experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Hive, Trinio, and PrestoDB., * Implement and automate cloud infrastructure in AWS, especially EKS.
Support deployment of non-cloud (Edge) infrastructure on-premise and portable equipment.
Automate deployment processes, ensuring reliability and scalability of services.
Manage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into the infrastructure.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues.
Continuously improve processes and tools for high availability and performance.
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
Provide mentorship and team leadership to engineering teams.
Utilize configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Develop in multiple programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Work with Git, Flux, and other development and deployment tools.
Perform Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
Apply AGILE software development methodologies.
Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Hive, Trino, and Presto.
