Job description

  • Own the MDM product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, QA, and data governance teams.
  • Define data quality rules, stewardship workflows, and integration requirements.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, release planning, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with technical teams on API, batch, and file-based integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Master Data Management (MDM), Business Analysis, or Data Governance.
  • Strong Agile experience with backlog management and user story creation.
  • Knowledge of MDM concepts, data quality, governance, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, MuleSoft, AWS Glue, S3, Axway/SFTP, or Atlan.
  • Experience with Jira, UAT, QA coordination, and release management.
