Experteer Overview In this senior role, you define and govern the enterprise cloud and infrastructure architecture to enable scalable, secure platforms across the organization. You act at the intersection of enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and DevOps to translate business needs into cloud-enabled standards and reference models. You shape multi-cloud strategy (AWS/Azure/GCP), governance, and modernization to drive speed, resilience, and cost efficiency. This is a mission-driven, impact-focused position that partners across teams to deliver reliable energy solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Define and maintain enterprise cloud and infrastructure reference architecture across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure designs * Ensure alignment between infrastructure platforms, application architectures, and enterprise integration patterns * Partner with platform engineering and DevOps to align CI/CD, developer tooling, and infrastructure-as-code with architecture direction * Drive modernization patterns including containerization, Kubernetes, and service mesh where appropriate * Establish cloud governance standards, including policy-as-code, tagging, cost management, and lifecycle controls * Lead FinOps and cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient cloud resource use * Provide architectural review and guidance for cloud initiatives to mitigate risk and ensure sustainability * Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives (cloud migration, legacy transformation) and enable incremental migrations * Define cloud security architecture covering identity, access management, network segmentation, and zero-trust principles * Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO, FedRAMP where applicable) * Identify and mitigate enterprise-level infrastructure risks Tasks * 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering * Vendor technical leadership: review delivered work, identify risks early, drive quality * Proven ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority * Proven ability to communicate architectural vision to senior leadership Key requirements *
