Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead largescale Salesforce implementation enhancement and AMS engagements across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ FSL and other Salesforce platforms The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery stakeholder management governance resource planning risk management and Agile execution while ensuring delivery excellence and business value realization, Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and transformation programs Lead project planning estimation budgeting scheduling and execution Coordinate with business stakeholders architects developers QA and support teams Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning standups retrospectives and demos Manage scope risks dependencies RAID logs and change requests Ensure timely delivery with adherence to quality governance and compliance standards Monitor project KPIs resource utilization burndown charts and delivery metrics Facilitate executive governance meetings steering committees and status reporting Manage vendor coordination and offshore/onshore delivery teams Support release planning deployment governance and production rollout activities Drive client communication stakeholder alignment and escalation management Ensure documentation readiness including project plans status reports RAID trackers and SOW alignment Support AMS engagements including enhancement prioritization and incident governance
Requirements
Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, Strong experience in Salesforce project delivery and program management Expertise in Agile Scrum Waterfall and hybrid delivery models Hands-on understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and SDLC Experience managing multi-cloud Salesforce projects Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud CPQ Revenue Cloud FSL Integrations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Expertise in project governance budgeting forecasting and reporting Experience with JIRA Azure DevOps Confluence MS Project or similar tools Strong risk dependency and escalation management skills, Salesforce Certifications preferred PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master Certification preferred Experience working in enterprise scale global delivery environments Exposure to AMS and support engagement models is an added advantage, Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science IT or related field
