Job description

  • Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
  • Enable and support Agile and enterprise transformation efforts in large, complex environments.
  • Advance large-scale Agile transformation initiatives by promoting Agile principles and best practices.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams and business stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across Agile delivery teams.
  • Partner with teams to enhance Agile delivery practices and execution.
  • Align Agile outcomes with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Improve operational excellence through Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement.
  • Coach teams on Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements.
  • Implement Agile best practices, processes, and supporting tools.
  • Leverage Agile metrics and performance measurements to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Provide consultative guidance without direct managerial responsibility.
  • Influence teams and stakeholders to adopt Agile principles and practices.
  • Enable organizational and cultural change to support Agile transformation.
  • Support enterprise-wide Agile maturity aligned with organizational IT strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Experience as an Agile Coach.
  • Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience facilitating Agile training sessions and workshops.
  • Experience implementing Agile best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience using Agile metrics to improve team performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF).
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
  • Equivalent Agile coaching certifications.
