COFCO International is seeking a senior IT service management professional in Barcelona to support the Head of Global IT Services.You will design, document and govern ITIL-based processes, lead workshops, and ensure ServiceNow data integrity and SLA performance.The role requires hands-on ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow administration, CMDB discipline, and the ability to train diverse users.Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish/Portuguese are a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
