Application Engineer

• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Provide tier-2/3 support to end-users, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and execute application updates, patches, and upgrades, including testing in staging environments to minimize downtime.

• Experience with engineering document management systems such as FusionLive, Proarc, Aconex, or enterprise document management systems like Documentum, Alfresco, OpenText, M-Files.
• Knowledge of engineering tools such as Bentley Systems, AutoDesk is preferred.
• Strong expertise querying databases with SQL and automating tasks with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with cloud-based (SaaS) and on-premise business applications.
• Relevant application administration certifications are a plus.
