Experteer Overview As a Lead Systems Operations Engineer in the Branch Systems and Transformation Technology team, you will drive reliability, resiliency, observability, and operational excellence across core platform and application services. You bring deep SRE expertise to proactively improve stability, scalability, and availability while leading large initiatives and providing high-level systems guidance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, review, and optimize complex technical challenges, influencing change design and governance. This role offers the opportunity to shape production readiness and drive transformation in a banking environment.
