Security Engineers offers competitive wages and benefits., Security Engineers is seeking dedicated Unarmed Patrol Security Officers to help maintain safe and secure environments for our clients. Officers play a vital role in deterring incidents through visibility, vigilance, and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring access points, verifying identification, responding to alarms/emergencies, and maintaining detailed logs. This role requires professionalism, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure., Patrol & Surveillance* Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to identify and report safety concerns* Monitor access points; verify IDs and credentials* Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity
Incident Response & Reporting* Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol* Maintain accurate logs of activities and incidents* Perform routine security tasks (e.g., locking/unlocking doors)
Customer Service & Policy Enforcement* Assist visitors and employees professionally* Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols* Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking)
Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid State Security License
- Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards
- Must be at least 18 years old, Minimum* Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments* Weekend availability* Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills* Ability to remain calm and effective in critical situations* Basic computer skills; ability to use tablets for reporting
Preferred* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Physical Requirements With or Without reasonable accommodation (subject to change based on client-specific needs)
- Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without break* Walk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping* Climb at least 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping
Education & Experience
Minimum* High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred* 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience* 2+ years of verifiable customer service experience, High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses Tennessee Unarmed Security License preferred CPR/First Aid/AED, preferred

Wed-Thurs (5PM-11PM)
Fri (5PM-9PM)
PAY: $15.75-$16.75/Hr.
