Experteer Overview In this Salesforce Product Owner role, you guide the digital product stack for Client Finance and Acura Finance websites and related tools. You lead a cross-functional product team to design, build, test, and launch features while ensuring operational continuity and maintenance. You drive roadmap decisions, vendor and license management, and production support in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will influence executives and rally stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-facing digital experiences that scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Product Management team and coordinate with CX, business development and testing resources to craft, deliver, and validate user stories and secure approvals for initiatives * Oversee product design, development, testing, launch, and warranty processes * Ensure production support quality, including uptime, operational continuity, and triage of incidents and bugs * Maintain platform license management and cost governance * Manage agile Scrum teams and collaborate with development, marketing, legal, and IT stakeholders in a large matrix organization * Develop and communicate roadmaps and strategies to evangelize next-generation capabilities * Own Salesforce platform strategy and care for the technical health and debt of the platform * Engage leadership to articulate the art of the possible and translate business needs into actionable plans * Support UX and testing resources and ensure alignment with business goals * Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to meet goals Tasks * 5-8 years of product management or related experience with customer-facing Fortune 500 digital products * 2-5 years of leadership experience managing mixed teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore) * 2+ years in payments, financial services, or captive finance industry (preferred) * Strong Salesforce product expertise and credentials * Agile certifications for Product Owner or Scrum Master (SAFe preferred) * Experience with roadmaps and business planning; ability to drive procurement and RFx/vendor selections * Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence executive management * Mobile app experience and a track record of delivering high-quality user experiences Key requirements *
