Product Owner (Salesforce)

Experteer Overview In this role you will own the Salesforce-focused product roadmap, aligning business goals with customer needs to drive enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to design features, manage the backlog, and guide agile delivery. You will act as a product expert, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria while improving processes and user experience. Compensation / Benefits * Own and manage the product roadmap to align with business objectives and priorities * Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Develop, prioritize, and maintain a value-driven product backlog * Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams on strategy, design, and delivery * Facilitate communication between business and IT as a trusted product SME * Establish and optimize product management processes and Agile tools (Jira, others) * Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization for Agile delivery * Evaluate feedback and operational needs to identify enhancements and opportunities * Monitor progress and communicate roadmap updates to stakeholders * Drive continuous improvement to product effectiveness, team efficiency, and UX Tasks * 5+ years in Product Owner/Manager/Business Analyst or similar * Proven experience developing roadmaps, backlog, and user stories * Experience delivering enterprise solutions with business and technical teams * Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills * Strong analytical, strategic, customer-focused mindset * Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and delivery plans * Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms preferred * Agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent preferred Key requirements *
