Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter. You will collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable data integration workflows. You will ensure data quality and support data warehousing and BI initiatives, while mentoring peers and driving best practices. This position offers impact by shaping robust ETL architectures and improving performance at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows with Informatica PowerCenter * Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to translate requirements * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across sources * Optimize ETL performance and scalability; troubleshoot data integration issues * Maintain and enhance existing ETL jobs and mappings * Stay updated on Informatica PowerCenter features and best practices * Lead development and maintenance of complex mappings; mentor juniors * Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards * Develop technical documentation for ETL processes * Support deployment, coordinate with QA, and ensure data governance and security compliance Tasks * 7 to 11 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter * Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows * Experience with data warehousing and BI initiatives * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to mentor and lead junior team members Key requirements *
