Senior IT Security Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop, implement, and maintain security policies aligned with NIST CSF and regulatory requirements. You will manage policy lifecycle with ServiceNow IRM, drive risk assessments, and enable audit readiness. You’ll collaborate across IT, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to embed policy adoption and awareness. You’ll also lead security awareness and responsible AI initiatives, shaping governance in a regulated environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures * Leverage ServiceNow to streamline policy management, compliance tracking, and reporting * Lead governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) operations * Provide clear, professional security documentation and reports * Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and gap analyses mapped to NIST CSF * Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure policy adoption * Monitor policy compliance and drive remediation efforts * Deliver security awareness training and support AI governance initiatives * Mentor junior analysts on policy development and ServiceNow utilization * Assess and monitor third-party vendor compliance Tasks * U.S. citizenship required * 5+ years in security policy, governance, risk, and compliance * Strong knowledge of NIST CSF and AI governance, plus ISO 27001, CIS, SOC 2 * Cloud security policy experience for AWS, Azure, GCP or SaaS * Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules (policy, risk, audit, compliance) * Ability to create clear, actionable security documentation * Experience delivering security awareness training * Excellent, stakeholder-facing communication * Proven capability in regulated environments * Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Key requirements * remote and hybrid work options * performance bonus and/or merit increases * 401(k) with company match * competitive paid time off * health and dental insurance * telehealth services start DAY 1
