Example of Duties Assist municipal customers with using information technology, troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve network data cabling/connectivity and desktop hardware/software/network problems; utilize specialized test equipment and software tools for troubleshooting. Assist with new hardware, software, data network installations or moves/adds/changes. Perform computer operations and systems administration functions on various municipal computing platforms.
