Experteer Overview As a Records and Information Management Program Manager, you will lead two NRO teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery of contract-required capabilities. You will coordinate with senior client personnel, manage program performance, and provide timely status updates to both the customer and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes governance, security clearance handling, and proactive risk and staffing management. You will shape information management programs, drive execution excellence, and contribute to continuous process improvement within a mission-critical environment. Compensation / Benefits * Direct and oversee the program with accountability for contract performance * Serve as onsite primary contact for the customer and communicate goals, timelines, and issues * Lead multidisciplinary teams on sensitive programs and ensure delivery of required capabilities * Manage program plans, staffing, financials, and change control; prepare status reports and metrics * Support PMRs and Business Management Reviews; maintain PM plan and project records * Escalate risks and blockers promptly; maintain document traceability and action item tracking * Provide regular customer updates on status, risks, and deliverables * Coach team members and align activities with customer mission and regulatory requirements * Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and information governance frameworks * Balance competing needs while maintaining coordination and performance * Drive process improvements and adoption of new technologies to enhance delivery Tasks * Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph * 7+ years as a program manager * B.S. in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or related discipline * Experience managing Cost Plus awards * Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships * Strong organizational and time management skills * Risk identification and mitigation capability * Negotiation of resources, timelines, and scope * Independent work style with team contributions * Proven ability to present metrics and data for project status * Experience managing project financials and funding adherence * Knowledge of IM laws/regulations (FOIA, Privacy Act, FRA, PRA) and information governance (FOIA/PA, EOMDR, EO 13526) * Understanding of classification/declassification and redaction procedures * Experience with classified information handling and IC sharing protocols * Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare benefits * retirement plan * education support * time off benefits
