Scrum Master/ Project Manager

Experteer Overview In this Scrum Master role, you embed and advance disciplined agile practices to enable reliable software delivery. You’ll coach multiple development teams, drive continuous transformation of delivery models, and ensure transparent progress. You work across teams to align with the organization’s agile goals and release objectives, guiding planning, execution, and risk management. Compensation / Benefits * Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product sprint backlogs * Facilitate planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and other Scrum ceremonies * Assist teams with story selection and task definition to support commitments * Ensure disciplined software development practices (CI, refactoring, peer reviews, QA, sustainable pace) * Plan development schedules with milestones and critical path dependencies; manage scope, budget, time and quality * Adapt plans and resources in response to risks and changing requirements * Identify and remove impediments; track progress and resolve project issues * Provide oversight for alignment with Agile/Scrum practices across initiatives; lead kickoff, deployment planning, and demos * Maintain open communication channels within the scrum team and with stakeholders; report progress * Accountable for release objectives and delivering results that meet stakeholder needs * Communicate progress cross-functionally and facilitate status updates and retrospectives Tasks * 6 years experience as a Scrum Master * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience * Industry Certified Scrum Master with hands-on Scrum Master experience * Certified Agile Practitioner or equivalent * Experience in large-scale enterprise agile delivery; exposure to Project/Program delivery in agile and/or waterfall environments * Practical experience with core agile disciplines (user stories, burndown, continuous testing) * Ability to apply agile management frameworks and techniques Key requirements *
