Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across enterprise applications.
2. Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and testing documentation to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
3. Coordinate data validation, data migration, interface testing, and defect management while ensuring software quality and business requirement compliance.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and project leadership to resolve issues and support successful project delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

11+ years of experience in quality assurance, test management, data validation, and enterprise software testing.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience leading testing for large-scale enterprise system implementations.
