SAP SuccessFactors Lead

We have an immediate need for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Lead with strong expertise in Core HR, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and HR transformation programs to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise HR solutions. This is a remote position for a candidate with deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Core HR processes, Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, foundation objects, position management, organizational structures, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover activities, and HR process optimization. No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
