Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a front-end focus to support the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of modern web applications in a large enterprise environment. The role emphasizes building reusable UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS, integrating with backend APIs, and collaborating with senior engineers to deliver high-quality features. Foundational backend exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and database querying is preferred but not primary., * Develop, debug, and maintain front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.

• Create and maintain reusable, scalable UI components and patterns.
• Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences using UI/UX best practices.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to refine requirements, designs, and implementation approaches.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services, REST APIs, and data sources.
• Follow agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and questions in a timely manner.
• Contribute ideas that improve user experience, engineering efficiency, automation, testing, and delivery quality.
• Use approved AI-assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, test creation, documentation, and productivity.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, maintainability, performance, and alignment with standards.
• Follow responsible AI usage practices and handle data and prompts securely.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on software development experience in enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS.
• Experience building component-based UIs and modern web application patterns.
• Ability to deliver assigned tasks with guidance from senior engineers or team leads.
• Working knowledge of a modern programming language and database querying languages such as SQL.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility considerations.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and practices.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and code reviews.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs.
