Job description

We are seeking an intermediate-level ReactJS / Front-End Software Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TypeScript, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, reusable front-end features and components while upholding UI/UX, performance, accessibility, and operational stability standards. The candidate will also use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools responsibly and validate AI-generated outputs for quality and compliance., * Design, develop, debug, and maintain front-end features using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable React components using modern React patterns.
  • Apply UI/UX principles to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions appropriate to the role level.
  • Develop and maintain unit and automation tests using React Testing Library and Jest.
  • Support application quality, performance, resiliency, and operational stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production-like environments.
  • Work within agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, engineers, and partner teams.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and technical considerations proactively.
  • Contribute ideas that improve user experience, engineering practices, automation, testing, and delivery efficiency.
  • Use approved AI-assisted tools for coding, test generation, troubleshooting, documentation, and productivity improvements, and validate outputs for correctness, performance, security, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Intermediate-level hands-on front-end development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and ReactJS. Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with modern React patterns and component-based development.
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining reusable React components.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and front-end usability considerations.
  • Hands-on experience across system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in automation testing using React Testing Library and Jest.
  • Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
  • Ability to independently deliver assigned features, enhancements, and fixes with appropriate guidance in a cross-team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and peer review.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools, with demonstrated ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs for functional correctness, code quality, performance, security, maintainability, and standards alignment.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, avoidance of inappropriate exposure, validation prior to implementation, and adherence to resiliency, security, and compliance expectations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Redux, Context API, and XState or state machines.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and AI/ML concepts or AI-enabled engineering practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Java technologies or back-end integration.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with front-end performance optimization, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
  • Familiarity with Next.js in the React ecosystem.
