Experteer Overview In this role you support all casino software, troubleshoot issues, manage user needs, and tailor solutions to operations. You will work with the Business Systems Manager and department leads to prioritize work and improve IT service delivery. You will connect end users with software vendors and align system capabilities with business requirements. You will help drive training, maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize asset value and guest satisfaction. Compensation / Benefits * Coordinate with Business Systems Manager and department heads on software troubleshooting and customization progress * Provide expert functional IT support for hospitality and business systems (IGT Advantage, Infor HMS, InfoGenesis, Boook4Time, etc.) * Update status of work orders to the Business Systems Manager and Help Desk; liaise between vendors and the business * Stay current on industry trends and technical specs for relevant hardware and software * Promote collaborative IT service delivery across the enterprise * Align system functionalities with business requirements to maximize technical asset value * Coordinate development and implementation of training programs for ongoing operations * Support software maintenance on Windows and Linux servers with Central IT Engineering * Deliver excellent guest service to guests and internal clients * Comply with applicable internal controls, SOPs, and tribal regulations Tasks * High School Diploma or GED; preference for Bachelor’s in Business or IT * Knowledge of IGT Advantage Suite, IGT Bonusing Applications, InfoGenesis, Infor HMS, Boook4Time * 1-3 years IT experience in gaming/hospitality (casino operator, gaming vendor, or hospitality operator preferred) * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Key requirements *
