Sre Engineer

Serve as Tech PM for a centralized SRE services team, overseeing delivery of key initiatives, managing timelines, risks, communication, and stakeholder collaboration Translate platform and SRE needs into clear product requirements and priorities Identify and prioritize developer pain points using qualitative and quantitative signals Own prioritization for a shared SRE backlog based on business impact and risk reduction Define and track success metrics such as developer productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency Run discovery through developer interviews, Dev Experience surveys, support interruptions, incident reviews, and platform metrics Lead migrations and deprecations with empathy, clarity, and consistency ?????????? 2-4 Years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in platform environments Proven experience in a software engineering environment Strong understanding of SRE principles, Dev Ops practices, and cloud infrastructure Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and automation tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Pager Duty, and Terraform Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Nice to have: Technical background (former engineer or SRE), experience with large-scale distributed systems, knowledge of reliability engineering concepts (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets), cloud platform certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure), Scrum certifications ???????
