Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within complex Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Experience delivering digital, data, or technology projects within government or public sector organisations.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
