Job description

As an SAP S/HANA Finance Consultant, you will implement, optimize, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. You will help clients streamline financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation through your technical expertise and business process knowledge.

Implementation: Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations using SAP Activate; configure FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Closing).
Analysis: Translate business requirements into effective SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
Advisory: Guide clients on SAP S/4HANA capabilities, best practices, and solution design.
Training & Support: Deliver end-user training, prepare documentation, support UAT, and resolve testing and go-live issues.
Innovation: Stay current with SAP updates and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Experience: Min. 3 years’ hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance experience (preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and/or on-premise).
Technical Expertise: Strong FI Configuration knowledge (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Closing).
Professional Skills: Proven SAP consulting experience, including solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration.
Consulting Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented with a focus on business value.
Education and languages: University degree, fluent German and/or English.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
