  • Be an early applicant, * Ansprechpartner/-in für sämtliche technische Anfragen wie auch Probleme, ggf. kreative Lösungsfindung
  • Installation sowie Konfiguration der Hard- / Software
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten (Rollouts, Migrationen, Hands & Eyes Support)
  • Analyse und Dokumentation von auftretenden System- und Anwendungsfehlern

Requirements

  • ideal: Erfahrung im IT-Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Active Directory
  • Englischkenntnisse
