  • Build AI assistants, copilots, intelligent automation tools and knowledge management solutions.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using internal business data.
  • Create scalable AI architectures and support the ongoing management of AI platforms and infrastructure.
  • Integrate AI solutions with business-critical systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other enterprise applications.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
  • Ensure AI solutions operate in line with security, governance and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor performance, usage, reliability and cost of deployed AI solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Commercial experience building and deploying AI or Machine Learning solutions.
  • Strong Python development skills.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and systems integration.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases and modern AI frameworks.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

  • AI governance and responsible AI practices.
  • MLOps or LLMOps environments.
  • Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
  • AI orchestration tools such as N8N.
  • Data governance and Microsoft Purview.
  • Prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to become the first dedicated AI specialist within the business.
  • Significant autonomy and ownership.
  • Ability to shape AI strategy and influence future technology direction.
  • Broad exposure across technical delivery, stakeholder engagement and innovation.
  • Chance to make a visible impact through the adoption of AI solutions across the organisation.
