• Lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams adhere to agile principles and best practices

• Support the adoption of agile methodologies across multiple teams

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-level environments

• Track record managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
• Current South Carolina residency or willingness to relocate prior to start (at own expense)

• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Columbia, SC Preferred Skills

• Experience in public sector or government projects
• Advanced project management certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe)
