The Role: Learn, Develop, Deliver As an Advanced Development Engineer, your primary goal is to support successful product development and engineering execution by: Design & Development

  • Develop product designs and engineering solutions from concept through production
  • Create and maintain engineering models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Drive design improvements focused on performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability
  • Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production launch activities

Project Support & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales
  • Manage assigned engineering projects and technical deliverables
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues throughout the product development process
  • Participate in customer and supplier discussions to ensure successful project outcomes

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Apply engineering best practices, standards, and design methodologies
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations
  • Lead or support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of innovative products and processes that improve performance and efficiency, * Gain exposure to the complete product development lifecycle-from concept through production
  • Collaborate with experienced engineering, manufacturing, and business leaders

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems, structural design, and material selection
  • Experience applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
  • Familiarity with FEA analysis and product validation methods
  • Understanding of fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to independently manage assigned engineering projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with CAD modeling and engineering documentation, * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or a related environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage engineering assignments with limited supervision
  • Experience supporting product development through the full engineering lifecycle
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to balance technical requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives
