  • Support und Hilfestellung für die Anwender der neuen Windows 10 Arbeitsplätze im Rahmen des Rollouts
  • Unterstützung bei der Datensicherung und Wiederherstellung
  • Kurzeinweisung der Benutzer
  • Software-Funktionstests

  • Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz im Umgang mit dem Kunden
