- Be an early applicant, * 1st und 2nd Level Support im Windows und MS Umfeld
- Qualifizierte Störungsannahme per Telefon und E-Mail
- Steuerung und Ãœberwachung der Tickets
- Dokumentation und Erstellung von Handbüchern und Einarbeitungsleitfäden
- Pflege von Systemdaten und der Wissensdatenbank
- Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur des Kunden inklusive Usermanagement
Requirements
- Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung im User Helpdesk
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in aktuellen Microsoft-Produkten sowie im Bereich Standard-Hardware
- Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Remotetools und Ticketsystemen
- Kundenfreundliche und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
