  • Hybrid, * Anwenderunterstützung für Microsoft Windows und MS Office Produkte im IT Service Desk und/oder Remote
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-technischen Anfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld
  • Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • IT- Ausbildung oder hinreichende Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows und MS Office
  • Erfahrungen im IT Support, Kundensupport, Telefonsupport bzw. User Helpdesk
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Active Directory und Ticket-Tool
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 - idealerweise mit Zertifikat) und ausbaufähige Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb
