  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Chat

Erfassung und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen im Ticketsystem Passwort-Reset und Account-Verwaltung für Benutzerkonten Unterstützung bei der Fehlerbehebung von Softwareanwendungen und Betriebssystemen

Requirements

  • Begeisterung für IT und Technik

Kenntnisse in gängigen Office-Anwendungen Freundliche und kommunikative Persönlichkeit Grundlegendes Verständnis von Betriebssystemen (Windows, MacOS)
