We pride ourselves on adopting a customer-focused approach to quality and usability.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced BI Data Analyst who is motivated to take on an amazing new adventure: developing and maintaining data analysis structures and derive actionable recommendations to boost company revenue.What you’ll doMonitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our different acquisition channels.Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics such as traffic sources, conversion rates, lifetime values.Design and implement data strategies to optimize our marketing efforts.Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to guide marketing decisions and growth initiatives.Analyze user journeys to assess the potentials for optimization for our acquisition channelsDesign and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, offers, and affiliate traffic strategies.Develop predictive models to forecast traffic, conversion, and revenue outcomes across affiliate segments.Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of affiliate marketing data by working closely with engineering and product teams.Define and enforce data collection standards and best practices.Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Work with tools such as SQL, Python/R, Google Analytics, Looker/TableauIdentify reporting issues through anomaly detection and behavioral analysis.Share best practices and help foster a data-driven culture.What we’re looking for5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally with 2+ years specifically in performance or affiliate marketing analytics.Proficiency in SQL: Strong ability to query large datasets across multiple tables and optimize complex joins.Experience with Analytical Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Statistical Programming: Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics, data wrangling, and automation.A/B Testing & Experimentation: Experience designing, executing, and analyzing split tests with an understanding of statistical significance.Data Modeling & Forecasting: Ability to create predictive models and perform regression, cohort, and lifetime value analysis.Deep knowledge of affiliate channels, performance marketing KPIs, attribution models, and conversion funnels is a plusProven track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and ROI improvements.Experience working in fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.Business Acumen: Capable of understanding marketing strategy and aligning data initiatives with business goals.Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.What we offerReal Impact: Your insights will directly shape marketing strategy and revenue decisions - this is a role where data drives the business, not just the reportsInteresting & Diverse Data: Work across multiple competitive verticals and acquisition channels, with complex, real-world datasets that will challenge and grow your analytical skill setCollaborative Environment: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams in a dynamic, data-driven culture that values your expertiseCompetitive Compensation: A competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and private healthcare benefitsFlexible & Remote-Friendly: Work remotely, on-site, or hybrid with the flexibility to suit your lifestyle#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally with 2+ years specifically in performance or affiliate marketing analytics.
