Lead Applications Development

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the design and delivery of Salesforce-based applications that empower sales, service, and marketing domains. You will lead one or more SCRUM teams and collaborate across functions to translate business needs into scalable, secure cloud solutions. You’ll work hands-on with Salesforce technologies and modern tools to optimize performance and enable seamless integrations. This is an impact-oriented position within a product-driven, agile environment at a tech-focused telecom leader. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds * Lead one or more SCRUM teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting * Design, code, unit test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce apps * Apply Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce data model knowledge in implementations * Utilize APEX, SOQL, SOSL; implement enterprise design patterns and security models * Work with development tools (VS Code, Force.com IDE, Illuminated Cloud, Ant) and middleware (Mulesoft) * Integrate Salesforce with other systems; optimize performance and scalability * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to product-driven agile processes * Maintain and leverage Git, Copado for version control and release management * Stay current with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern integration approaches Tasks * Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Electrical and Electronic Engineering plus 5 years of relevant experience * Experience with Salesforce platform and data model * Proficiency in LWC, Apex, SOQL, SOSL * Knowledge of Salesforce security models, Lightning Aura components, JavaScript, jQuery * Experience with development tooling (Force.com IDE, Illuminated Cloud, VS Code, Ant Migration Tool) * Experience with Git/GitHub and Copado; Mulesoft or middleware integration * Familiarity with SCRUM/agile product development * Salesforce Certified Administrator certificate Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement program * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Disability Benefits
