Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and enhance Salesforce components and integrate them with ACC backend systems to support customer care journeys. You will build interactive UI for frontline agents and ensure real-time data rendering and reliable API integrations via MuleSoft. You will drive architecture, performance optimizations, and robust error handling while supporting ACC release cycles and cross-domain integrations. This role offers the opportunity to shape ACC’s Salesforce-based platforms and data flows, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable customer experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and enhance Salesforce components (Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Batch Jobs) for ACC customer care journeys * Implement custom Lightning UI experiences and synchronize data with ACC backend systems * Integrate Salesforce with ACC Mule APIs and consume System/Process/Experience APIs for data retrieval * Develop API-driven, event-based interactions between Salesforce and ACC platforms * Build reusable components and frameworks for ACC-specific logic and validation rules * Optimize Lightning pages, SOQL/SOSL usage, caching, and data retrieval to meet performance SLAs * Implement robust error handling, logging, alerts, and fallback flows for agent continuity * Participate in release cycles, testing, deployments, and defect triage across ACC domains * Create technical design documents and integration mappings ensuring architectural consistency * Collaborate with MuleSoft, QA, and product owners to align Salesforce with ACC architecture and security * Provide production support for agent workflows, data discrepancies, and API failures * Apply Salesforce development knowledge and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST/SOAP integration with MuleSoft * Apply Agile methodologies and release management best practices * Must have Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Electrical Engineering or foreign equivalent * 3 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) * Experience with REST/SOAP and MuleSoft orchestration for backend systems * Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture * Ability to define and enforce architectural standards and secure data flows * Experience in release and deployment management, incident/outage handling, and CTW processes * Agile methodology experience * Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Disability Benefits
