Job description

Experteer Overview In this Automation Architect role, you will craft AI-enabled workflows to accelerate validation and performance optimization of Renesas Power Solutions for data centers. You will drive engineering efficiency with AI tools and influence cross-functional processes to boost productivity. You’ll collaborate with design, firmware, software, product, and applications teams to solve complex problems and shorten development time. This position offers the chance to shape AI-driven validation at scale and contribute to Renesas’ leadership in power solutions for AI workloads. Compensation / Benefits * Develop tools for automated tuning of VR rails in high-power CPUs/GPUs * Leverage AI-based productivity tools to shorten development time and automate validation * Accelerate debugging by analyzing failure signatures with machine learning to identify root causes * Build automated infrastructure for system performance optimization * Support design, firmware, and software teams with AI tool flows to improve efficiency * Create collateral to enable the use of these AI tools Tasks * 15+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in semiconductor industry * Understanding of power architecture and multiphase high-power DC-DC solutions * Experience automating hardware to improve validation efficiency * Experience developing AI-assisted tools * Experience with embedded SoCs and cross-functional HW/FW/SW collaboration * Excellent technical and executive communication skills Key requirements *
