Staff AI Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML applications as part of Northrop Grumman’s Research & Advanced Design team in El Segundo. You will collaborate with AI/ML and software engineers to bring LLMs, NLP, NLU, and NLG into practical, production-ready solutions while upholding responsible and explainable AI practices. You’ll work across development and production environments, shaping software requirements and testing ecosystems. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI research, a strong emphasis on communication and stakeholder management, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful, mission-critical systems.
